Empty battery — Mower cannot find charging station or has no accurate position

What does Empty battery mean?

The mower's battery is depleted, and it cannot locate its charging station. This can happen with boundary wire or EPOS installations. This message appears in the Automower Connect app.

• Battery is completely discharged.
• For boundary wire installs: Guide wire position may be incorrect.
• For boundary wire installs: Charging station finding settings may need adjustment.
• For EPOS installs: Mower has no accurate position.
• An obstacle is preventing the mower from reaching the charging station.
• Charging station antenna is defective.

   Charge the mower's battery fully.

   For boundary wire installs: Adjust the guide wire position and check charging station settings.

   For EPOS installs: Ensure the mower has a clear view of the sky for positioning.
