What does Difficulty docking mean?

The product struggles to correctly dock itself into the charging station. This can be caused by improper installation of the guide wire or the charging station itself.

• The guide wire is not laid in a long straight line far enough from the charging station.
• The guide wire is not inserted correctly in the slot under the charging station.
• The charging station is not on a level surface.
