Error A 6 and ON/OFF light flashes — Tap shut-off alarm / No water intake

What does A 6 mean?

The ON/OFF indicator light flashes, and the display shows "A 6". This alarm indicates that the Dishwasher is not receiving water, possibly because the water tap is turned off, the water supply is interrupted, or the appliance's lock was activated after beeps.

Common Causes

  • No water supply from the mains.
  • The water inlet hose is bent or kinked.
  • The water tap connected to the Dishwasher is turned off.
  • The appliance lock was activated because no action was taken after warning beeps.
