ERR5 — Water not filling the tank

What does ERR5 mean?

This error indicates that the Washing Machine is unable to pump water into the tub to the required level within a maximum of 8 minutes.

Common Causes

  • Very low water pressure
  • Water tap is closed
  • Filling screen of the filling valve is clogged with debris
  • Power supply to the filling valve is broken
  • Pump or pressure switch is broken

    Pull out and rinse the filter mesh that is standing on the intake valve.
