Alarm 64 — High motor temperature

What does 64 mean?

The temperature within the stator windings of the pump's motor has become too high, leading to an alarm and the pump stopping. This alarm does not automatically reset.

Common Causes

  • Overload on the pump, causing excessive heat.
  • Insufficient cooling around the motor or in the Pumpd liquid.
  • Electrical issues causing abnormal heat generation within the motor.

    Switch off the power supply to the pump and allow it to cool down completely.
