Alarm 57 — Dry running

Grundfos · MAGNA3 Circulator Pumps

What does 57 mean?

There is no water present at the pump's inlet, or the water contains too much air. This alarm has caused the pump to stop and does not automatically reset.

Common Causes

  • Insufficient water supply to the pump.
  • Air pockets or excessive air in the system or at the pump inlet.
