Alarm 51 — Pump is blocked

What does 51 mean?

The pump's internal components are blocked, preventing the pump from rotating. This alarm has caused the pump to stop.

    Switch off the main power supply to the pump and lock the switch in position 0.

    Close isolating valves on both sides of the pump and drain the system to safely dismantle the pump.

  3. 3

    Carefully dismantle the pump and remove any foreign matter or impurities that are blocking the rotation.

  4. 4

    Reassemble the pump, open isolation valves, repressurize the system, and restart the pump.
