Water overflow — Water level in drum exceeds limit

What does Water overflow mean?

The water in the drum has exceeded a safe level, causing the washing program to be interrupted. The Washing Machine will activate its pump to remove the excess water.

Common Causes

  • Faulty water level sensor.
  • Inlet valve malfunction, allowing continuous water flow.
  • Excessive water pressure causing rapid filling.

    Restart the program to allow the machine to attempt to clear the overflow condition.

    If the error reoccurs, call a service technician.

    If there is water in the drum that exceeds a certain level and the Washing Machine continues to add water, immediately close the water tap and call a service technician.
