Error E13 - Unevenly distributed laundry

What does E13 mean?

The laundry inside the drum is unevenly distributed, causing an imbalance during the spin cycle that can prevent the program from continuing.

  • Laundry is stuck or tangled together
  • Too few or too many items in the load
