What does Food Freezing mean?

If food items in the fresh food compartment are freezing, the temperature setting might be too low, or items could be placed too close to the internal air ports. Direct cold air from the air ports can cause items to freeze.

• Refrigerator temperature setting is too low.
• Food items are positioned directly in front of an internal air port.
• Too much cold air being directed to a specific area.

   Increase the refrigerator temperature setting by 1 or 2 degrees Fahrenheit using the +/- buttons on the display.

   Relocate any food items that are within 1 inch (2.5 cm) of the refrigerator's internal air ports.

   Allow 24 hours for the new temperature setting to stabilize before making further adjustments.
