   Turn power off.

   Turn the mower upside down and check if anything is preventing the blade disc from rotating; remove any obstruction.

   Turn the mower upright and turn power on.

   Press start.

   If overloaded by thick grass, turn power off, move the mower to an area with shorter grass or adjust the cutting height to a higher setting, then turn power on and press start.
