• Loose heater
• Shipping kit not removed
• Washer not level
• Unstable floor
• Rubber feet not installed
• Leveling lock nuts not tightened
• Clogged inlet screens
• Incorrect spring/damper installation
• Loose or damaged washer panels
• Ventilation hose disconnected
• Water level sensor hose slapping

   Ensure the heater is securely torqued.

   Verify that all shipping bolts and spacers have been removed.

   Level the washer according to the installation instructions.

   Ensure the floor is stable and install rubber feet on leveling legs if applicable.

   Tighten leveling lock nuts.

   Clean inlet screens if clogged.
