Drum won't rotate - Door lock, obstruction, or motor issue

¿Qué significa drum won't rotate ?

The drum is not spinning, either during the wash or spin cycles. Check the door lock, look for obstructions, and verify the motor and its connections.

• Door is not locked
• Garment or mechanical obstruction between drum and tub
• Harness connection issue
• Motor problem

   Verify the door is locked after starting a cycle.

   Try to move the drum manually when the washer is off to check for obstructions.
