Door won't unlock - Door latch issue or power reset needed

¿Qué significa door won't unlock ?

The washer door cannot be unlocked, preventing access to the drum. This might be due to a misaligned latch or a malfunctioning lock mechanism.

• Door lock mechanism not functioning
• Misaligned, broken, or over-tightened door latch

   Unplug the washer and reconnect the power cord. Wait 2 minutes to see if the door unlocks.

   Check the door lock mechanism and repair as necessary.
