Three red blinks — High temperature detected, charging limited or disabled

¿Qué significa Three (3) red blinks ?

Three red blinks indicate that the Wall Connector has detected a high temperature. Charging may be limited or completely disabled to prevent overheating.

• Overheating of the Wall Connector.
• Incorrectly sized conductors or improper terminal torque.
• Outdated firmware.

   Check the faceplate and cable handle for excessive warmth.

   Connect the Wall Connector to Wi-Fi to ensure it can receive the latest firmware updates.

   If firmware does not update automatically, use the commissioning procedure to manually update.

   Have an electrician verify that conductors are sized correctly and terminals are torqued to specification.
