• Faulty surge arrestor cartridge
• Surge arrestor not inserted correctly
• Status connector is unplugged or broken

   If you have surge arrestors, check the status of the cartridges and ensure they are well inserted.

   Check the connector on the electronic board and on the surge arrestor.
