The print spooler, which manages print jobs, is encountering an error, causing print jobs to stop or not start. This can be due to system resources, software conflicts, or corrupted files.

• Insufficient hard disk space for the print spooler directory
• Previous printing errors that were not resolved
• Conflict with other running application programs
• Damaged application program or printer driver
• Damaged operating system (OS) files or virus infection
• Insufficient computer memory (RAM)

   Free up hard disk space on your computer by deleting unnecessary files.

   Open the print queue (spool manager) on your computer, delete all pending print jobs, and then restart your computer.
