Fuser Error — Problem with the fuser unit

An error message indicating a problem with the fuser unit, which is responsible for heating and bonding toner to the paper. This often relates to temperature control or wiring within the fuser.

• Fuser thermostat is open or faulty
• AC wire to the fuser unit is open or disconnected
• Thermistor wire (temperature sensor) is open or disconnected
• Main PBA (Printed Board Assembly) issue

   Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.

   Wait several minutes (at least 15-20 minutes) for the fuser to cool down completely.

   Check for any visible paper jams around the fuser area and remove them carefully.

   Plug the printer back in and turn it on. If the error persists, professional service may be needed.
