The outdoor unit's Fan1 is not operating correctly or has completely failed. This fan is vital for dissipating heat from the condenser coil, and its failure can lead to system overheating.

Visually inspect Fan1 for any obstructions (e.g., debris, leaves, ice) that might be preventing it from spinning.

If the fan still doesn't operate after these checks, the fan motor or its control module likely needs replacement by a technician.
