If you experience insufficient hot water, several factors could be the cause, ranging from simple valve settings to operational modes.

• External filling valve for hot water is closed
• Mixing valve set too low
• Incorrect operating mode selected in SMO 20
• High hot water consumption
• Hot water temperature setting too low
• Low hot water production with 'Smart Control' active
• Insufficient prioritization of hot water in system settings

   Ensure any externally mounted filling valve for hot water is open.

   Check and adjust the mixing valve setting if one is installed.

   Verify the SMO 20 operating mode in menu 4.2 and adjust 'stop additional heat' in menu 4.9.2 if in 'auto' mode, or select 'addition' if in 'manual' mode.

   If consumption is high, wait for reheating or activate temporary increased hot water capacity in menu 2.1.

   Increase the comfort mode setting in menu 2.2.

   Adjust the hot water prioritization time in menu 4.9.1 if 'Smart Control' is active and usage has been low.
