If you are experiencing low hot water temperature or no hot water, several factors related to the hot water heater and heat pump settings could be the cause.

• Filling valve for the hot water heater is closed or blocked.
• Heat pump is in an incorrect operating mode.
• High hot water consumption.
• Hot water temperature setting is too low.
• Low or no operating prioritisation for hot water.

   Check if the filling valve for the hot water heater is open.

   Verify the heat pump's operating mode in menu 4.2; select 'addition' if in 'manual' mode.

   Allow time for the hot water to reheat if consumption has been high; consider activating 'Temporary lux' in menu 2.1.

   Adjust the hot water setting to a higher comfort mode in menu 2.2.
