The remote control fails to operate the unit or shows an abnormal display. This indicates a problem with the remote itself or its communication with the air conditioner.

• Batteries running down or exhausted.
• Abnormal condition displayed on the remote control.
• Obstacles between the remote control and the unit.
• Remote control signal receiver exposed to direct sunlight or strong lighting.

   Replace the batteries in the remote control with new R03 (AAA, Micro) x2 batteries.

   Press the ACL switch on the remote control with the tip of a ballpoint pen to reset the microcomputer.

   Ensure there are no obstructing obstacles between the remote control and the indoor unit's receiver.

   If the issue persists, operate the unit using the temporary ON/OFF button on the main unit and contact your dealer.
