EE — High water level alarm

¿Qué significa EE ?

For ducted units only: The condensate drain system is overwhelmed or blocked, causing the water level to become too high. This is a safety measure to prevent water damage.

• Clogged condensate drain line
• Failed condensate pump (if applicable)
• Improper drain line installation
• Excessive condensation

   Check the condensate drain line for any blockages (e.g., debris, algae).

   If the unit has a condensate pump, ensure it is functioning correctly.

   Clean the drain pan and line.
