• Soil buildup on cavity walls or microwave inlet cover
• Soil buildup on cooking rack supports
• Soil buildup in the area where the door touches the frame
• Metallic objects or dishes with metallic trim inside the oven

   Immediately stop the microwave oven and unplug it from the electrical outlet.

   Thoroughly clean the microwave cavity, including walls, the microwave inlet cover, and cooking rack supports.

   Pay special attention to cleaning the area where the door touches the frame for any food residue.

   Ensure no metal objects, aluminum foil, or dishes with metallic trim are inside before operating.

   Plug the microwave back in and attempt to use it again.
