ERROR 2 or ERROR 5 — Machine exposed to cold

¿Qué significa ERROR 2 / ERROR 5 ?

These error messages appear if your JURA coffee machine has been exposed to cold temperatures for an extended period. The heating function may be disabled as a safety precaution.

• The machine has been in a cold environment.
• Internal components are too cold for safe operation.

   Move the coffee machine to a room with normal ambient temperature.

   Allow the machine to warm up naturally to room temperature for several hours.

   Once warm, try switching the machine on and operating it again.
