Temperature indicators blank or 'Cold water' lit — Water is not heating

If the temperature indicators on the display are blank, or if the 'Cold water' indicator is lit, it means the appliance is not heating the water during the wash cycle. The wash will proceed using cold water only.

• The heating element has failed or is malfunctioning.
• A temperature sensor issue is preventing heating.
• The selected programme or an option is set to not heat the water.
• A safety mechanism has disabled the heating function.
