Code 64 — SAM Aux Sensor Alert

What does 64 mean?

This fault indicates that an auxiliary sensor connected to the SAM (System Access Module) has triggered an alert. This means the sensor has detected a condition outside its normal parameters.

• Auxiliary sensor reading out of range (e.g., high/low temperature, high water)
• Faulty auxiliary sensor
• Loose or damaged wiring to the auxiliary sensor
• Incorrectly set alert thresholds in the SAM system
