What does OAU LOW CFM mean?

This alarm means the ERV is not achieving the desired amount of outside air. The actual outside air CFM is less than 10% of the commanded amount.

Common Causes

  • Outside air CFM setpoint is too high
  • Air filter or screen is dirty or plugged
  • Pressure tubing is incorrect or disconnected
  • Wrong outside air CFM curve programmed
  • Indoor fan speed is too low
