Fault Code 2 — DC OVERVOLT

What does 2 Fault Code mean?

The intermediate circuit DC voltage is too high. This can happen during deceleration or due to power supply issues.

Common Causes

  • Static or transient over voltages in the input power supply
  • Insufficient deceleration time
  • Undersized brake chopper (if present)
