What does Red LED 9 flashes mean?

The voltage supplied to the control module (on T2-T1 terminals) is below 18 VAC for more than 5 seconds. This will stop the compressor. The system will attempt to reset after 5 minutes if the voltage is between 18 and 30 VAC. This alert does not cause a lockout.
