2 beeps — Overfill warning

3 red flashes — Communication error

Amber blink — Preparing to charge or standby mode
A blinking amber light usually indicates that the device is in standby mode, preparing to charge, or awaiting a connection. It's a normal operational status.
Check battery — Low or incorrectly installed batteries
This message can appear if the batteries have no remaining power, are inserted incorrectly, or if a mix of new and old or different types of batteries are used. Ensure batteries are properly installed and are all of the same type and age.
Check tape cartridge — Unusable tape cartridge detected
This message indicates that the tape cartridge currently in the product is not compatible. Please check the cartridge and ensure it is designed for this specific model.
Check tape! — Unusable tape cartridge detected
The installed tape cartridge is not compatible with this product. This could be due to using a non-supported type or size of tape. Remove the current cartridge and install a compatible one.
Cover open! — Rear cover opened while powered on
The rear cover was opened while the product was powered on. For safety, the product will automatically turn off. Close the cover securely before turning the power back on.
Error E15 — Water leakage detected
This error code indicates that a water leak has been detected within the appliance. Take immediate action to prevent further damage.

Load wider tape — Current tape is too narrow for printing
The current tape width is insufficient to print the label as designed. You need to replace the current tape with a wider one to proceed.
Motor error! — Motor operation failure
An error has occurred with the motor's operation. Try resetting the device. If the error persists, contact customer support.
Overheated! — Printhead is too hot
The printhead has become too hot during operation. To prevent damage, the product has stopped printing. Allow the device to cool down before resuming.
Red LED solid — Error or fault condition
A solid red LED light signifies that an error or fault condition has occurred. The specific issue might be detailed on the device's display or in the accompanying app.
Seq. num. only 1 — Sequence numbers already set
This message appears because sequence numbers can only be applied to one part of the label. If you try to set them again, the existing sequence numbers will be deleted.
Text too long — Entered text exceeds specified tape length
The text you have entered is too long for the selected tape length. You need to either shorten the text or adjust the tape length setting to accommodate the text.
Text will be deleted. OK? — Overwriting existing text with special form
When creating a label with a special form, the current text will be erased. This message asks for confirmation before proceeding to delete the existing text and display the special form.
Too many lines — Text entered is too long for the display
The text you have entered exceeds the maximum number of lines allowed for the current setting. You will need to shorten the text or adjust the line settings.
Txt is too long — Entered text exceeds tape length, continue?
The entered text is longer than the specified tape length. The product will ask if you want to continue printing, which may result in a longer label than initially intended.
