What does Touch Test Failed mean?

The touch interface test has failed. The machine was unable to write to or verify the test pattern on the inserted chip.

• The touch chip may be faulty or incompatible.
• The touch interface hardware may have a problem.
• The test pattern could not be written or read correctly.
