What does 6A mean?

This error means the boiler attempted to ignite the burner but could not detect a flame. This typically results in the boiler locking out for safety.

• No gas supply or low gas pressure
• Ignition electrode or flame sensor faulty/dirty
• Blocked condensate drain
• Faulty gas valve or electronic board (PCB)

   Check if your gas supply is open and that other gas appliances in your home are working. Ensure there are no issues with the main gas supply.

   Reset the boiler by pressing the RESET button. This may initiate another ignition attempt and clear a temporary issue.

   Ensure the condensate drain is not blocked or frozen, as this can sometimes prevent proper operation. Clear any visible blockages.
