Locking fault a/0/2 (8/1/6) - No communication with BC10 basic controller

What does a/0/2 mean?

There is a communication problem with the BC10 basic controller, or the BC10 unit itself is defective. Settings from RCxx devices (external controls) will no longer be applied. This is a locking fault, and the boiler will attempt to self-correct.
