Communication between the installer module and the power guard is missing for 30 seconds. This indicates a problem with cabling or connections.

• Incorrect cabling or connections.
• Poor connection in the CANbus connections on the installer module or power guard.
• Interruption or break on the CANbus cable between the modules.
• Incorrect type of CANbus cable used.
• CANbus cable installed too close to the heat pump's supply voltage.
