What does Salt indicator appears mean?

The salt indicator light on the display will illuminate to show that there is not enough softening salt in the Dishwasher's reservoir. You need to refill the salt reservoir.

    Locate the salt reservoir, usually at the bottom of the Dishwasher tub.

    Unscrew the cap and carefully add Dishwasher salt until the reservoir is full, following the instructions in the Water Softening System section of the manual.

    Replace the cap securely.

  4. 4

    Run a short program to flush out any salt residue.
