What does Dishes scratched mean?

Dishware, especially glassware, shows scratches after being washed in the Dishwasher. This can be caused by salt spillage, incorrect water hardness settings, or improper loading.

• Salt leakage exists due to spillage or loosely closed salt reservoir lid
• Water hardness setting is low or salt level is insufficient
• Dishes are not placed orderly in the machine, causing contact during washing

   Pay attention not to spill salt around the salt filling hole while adding salt.

   Ensure the salt reservoir lid is tightly closed after finishing the filling process.

   Run the prewash programme to remove any salt that spilled inside the machine, then re-check the lid.

   Measure your supply water hardness and adjust the water softening system setting appropriately.

   Place glasses and other glassware so they lean against the basket edges or racks, not against other dishes, to prevent contact during washing.
