What does E384/164 mean?

The boiler has detected a 'parasitic flame,' meaning it senses a flame when there shouldn't be one, or detects a flame signal incorrectly.

• Dirty or faulty detection electrode.
• Humidity on the main control board (PCB) or detection electrode.
• Condensate trap is not clean.
• Faulty gas valve operation.

   Press the 'Reset' button on the boiler for 1-3 seconds.

   Turn off the main power supply to the boiler, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
