What does E321/163 mean?

The boiler's sensor for the Domestic Hot Water (DHW) temperature is faulty, either short-circuited or open-circuited.

• Faulty NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) sensor for domestic hot water.
• Loose or damaged wiring to the sensor.
