E15 — Gas valve command fault

What does E15 mean?

The boiler's main control board (PCB) is unable to correctly command or communicate with the gas valve.

Common Causes

  • Loose or faulty cable connection between the PCB and the gas valve.
  • Problem with the gas valve itself.
  • Faulty main control board (PCB).
